Why Hormozi Became Unavoidable

Volume, repetition, and the deliberate engineering of inevitability.

Most people read Alex Hormozi's rise as a story about volume. Post enough, the theory goes, and the algorithm eventually carries you. Volume is real, but it is the least interesting part of the machine.

What made Hormozi unavoidable was consistency of a single, legible idea, that he gives away what others sell, repeated until the market could finish the sentence for him. The Recognition Loop closed.

The lesson for founders is not 'post more.' It is to choose one idea worth being known for, and then to be relentlessly, almost monotonously consistent about it until the market files you under it automatically.
